PUBLIC HEARING 
TOWN OF THERESA


Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town
of Theresa Planning & Zoning Commission on the 27th of July, 2010 at
8:00 p.m. at the Town Hall in said Town to consider the following:
1.	Approval of minutes from the June22, 2010 Planning & Zoning
Commission Meeting.
2.	Re-Zoning Request of Adelmeyer Farms, Ltd., Owners, and Timothy
Limberg, Petitioner, to re-zone approximately 2.3 acres from A-1
Agricultural to A-2 Agricultural land.  The property is located at
N8550 Lone Rd., Theresa, in tax key number 042-1217-1333-000.
3.	Conditional Use Application of Adelmeyer Farms, Ltd., Owners, and
Timothy Limberg, Petitioner, to create a parcel from the above
mentioned re-zoning and to construct a single family home on the
parcel.
4.	Conditional Use Application of Connie and Greg Bader, Owners and
Petitioners, to start a small part-time service business of pet
grooming, sitting and walking.  The business would be located inside
the present building(s) located at W1402 St. Rd. 28, Theresa in tax
key number 042-1217-0942-000.
5.	Conditional Use Application of Brian Priestaf, Owner and
Petitioner, to construct an approximate 30’ X 42’ garage.  The
property is located at N7887 Hwy. 175, Theresa, in tax key number
042-1212-2641-000.

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board of the Town
of Theresa may be present at this meeting of the Planning & Zoning
Commission on Tuesday, July 27th, 2010 at 8:00 p.m. to gather
information about a subject over which they may have decision-making
responsibility at a future Town Board meeting.
