Town Of Theresa Special Meeting
March 19, 2009


	The meeting was called to order by Chairman Paul Christian at 6:30
p.m.  The purpose of this meeting was to decide on financing for the
new fire truck and refinancing of the Town Hall.  .  
Chairman Christian read Resolution 3-19-09-1 which was for refinancing
the Town Hall.  Refinancing would be done through TSB Bank for
$175,000 for ten years at a 4.5% interest rate.  Supervisor Kuczkowski
motioned to adopt the resolution.  Motion was seconded by Supervisor
Caspary.  Motion carried (3 ayes).  
Resolution 3-19-09-2 was read by Chairman Christian.  This resolution
is for financing the fire truck through TSB Bank for $150,000 for ten
years at a 4.5% interest rate.  A motion was made by Supervisor
Caspary and seconded by Supervisor Kuczkowski to adopt the resolution.
 Motion carried (3 ayes).  
Payments will be due October 1 and April 1.  A motion was made by
Supervisor Kuczkowski to adjourn the meeting.  Motion was seconded by
Supervisor Caspary.  Motion carried (3 ayes).  The meeting was duly
adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
