- Rezoning Application of Kevin and Amy Zimmer, Petitioners, and Marsh Horizons, LLC/Kevin and Amy Zimmer, Owners, to rezone approximately 19.4 acres of A-2 General Agricultural land to C-1 Commercial for Community Based Residential Facility. The property is located at N9450 Mohawk Rd., Theresa, in tax key number 042-1217-0141-000.
- Review and discussion of the Town of Theresa Zoning Ordinance
Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board of the Town of Theresa may be present at this meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, August 28th, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. to gather information about a subject over which they may have decision-making responsibility at a future Town Board meeting.
