Plan Commission Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Town of Theresa Plan Commission on Wednesday, the 27th of January, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. at the Town Hall in said Town to consider the following:

  1. Approval of minutes from the December 4th, 2020 Plan Commission public hearing.
  2. Conditional Use Application of Brian Koll, Owner and Petitioners, to create a 2 – 3 acre parcel from a 34 acre parcel. The parcel is located on West Bend Rd., Theresa in tax key number 042-1217-1511-000. 
  3. Rezoning Application of Brian Koll, Owner and Petitioner to rezone the newly created 2 – 3 acre parcel from A-1 Farmland Preservation to A-2 General Agriculture. The remaining 32 acre parcel would remain A-1 Farmland Preservation.
  4. Conditional Use Application of Brian Koll, Owner and Petitioner to build a single family home on the new parcel dependent on approval of the rezoning application.
  5. Reuben and Arlene Pribnow, Owners and Petitioners to create a two-acre parcel from an 80-acre parcel in order to separate the house from the farmland. The parcel is located at W2277 Hwy 67/28, Mayville in tax key number 042-1217-1812-000.
  6. Rezoning Application of Reuben and Arlene Pribnow, Owners and Petitioners to rezone the newly created two-acre parcel from A-1 Farmland Preservation to A-2 General Agriculture. The remaining 78 acre parcel would remain as A-1 Farmland Preservation.
  7. Conditional Use Application of Dale Lindert, Petitioner, and J.M. Schmidt & Sons, Owners to have a dog kennel
  8. Review and discussion of the Town of Theresa Zoning Ordinance

 

Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Town Board of the Town of Theresa may be present at this meeting of the Planning & Zoning Commission on Wednesday, January 27th, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. to gather information about a subject over which they may have decision-making responsibility at a future Town Board meeting.
